Mandarin Taste Restaurant is a family-owned business founded by Charlie Feng in 1984. Originally from Taiwan, Charlie developed his extensive culinary skills as a chef in Chinatown. Passionate about his work, Charlie had a dream to one day operate his own restaurant, one that combines delectable food, exceptional service, and a comfortable setting. Today, that dream is a reality, as Mandarin Taste proudly shares the delicious food originating from the Hunan and Szechuan provinces with its appreciative customers.
